Services for Nexera

Due to the conclusion by IRIS Telecommunication Poland Sp. z o.o. of an agreement governing the rules of cooperation in the issuance of technical conditions for networks owned by Nexera Sp. z o.o., we also provide services in the following areas:

  • approval of technical documentation
  • issuance of technical conditions
  • industry surveys
  • supervision
  • support for Coordination Meetings

For activities related to the approval of technical documentation, issuance of technical conditions, supervision, and conducting industry surveys, IRIS, as a cooperating partner, charges fees in accordance with the price list attached hereto.

Applications should be submitted in electronic form. The application template is attached below.

The application should include:

1. Application:

  • Subject of the request – approval, technical conditions, industry survey
  • Type of investment
  • Investment location (plot number, cadastral district, municipality, county, voivodeship, road designation with mileage)
  • Name of the Investor – the entity for which the approval is to be issued
  • Name of the applicant – Investor’s authorized representative
  • Correspondence address for potential contact (contact details, email address)
  • Method of receiving the documentation (the standard is an electronic opinion; if a traditional method is required, it should be specified)
  • Payer details for invoice issuance (VAT number and payer address)

2. Technical documentation:

  • Description of the investment and its implementation method
  • Scope of interference and the impact of the investment on infrastructure located within the work area
  • Location map showing the investment site at a scale of 1:10,000 or 1:20,000
  • Design map obtained from the competent Geodetic Center for the area where the works will be carried out
  • Additional attachments (cross-sections and longitudinal sections showing utilities that may be in conflict with the planned works – additionally, elevations of the terrain for these utilities, depth of the works, and distances between existing utilities and the planned investment must be provided)
